City Stream Watch

The Rideau Valley Conservation Authority, in partnership with 5 other agencies in Ottawa (City of Ottawa, Heron Park Community Association, Ottawa Flyfishers Society, Ottawa South Community Association, Rideau River Roundtable), has initiated the City Stream Watch program. The program is designed to train interested volunteers to survey and record basic geomorphological and biological characteristics of local streams.
