The LRC was set up in 1993 as a three-year pilot project to test the one-window approach to providing environmental information.

Over eleven years later we are still assisting landowners by providing them with the information they need to make wise, informed decisions for their property. The goal was, as still is, to provide quick, efficient and user-friendly service.
